He took in my old car as a part exchange when I purchased the Mercedes. He even delivered the car and took my old one away. I could not be more thrilled. An excellent service all round. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and ready for me when I turned up to view the car. They gave me a decent part-exchange deal for my old car. They also replaced a tyre for a minor sidewall blemish and had it serviced at a main dealer to completely put my mind at rest before purchasing.
